This position may be required to serve alcohol based on property need. The Bistro Manager also provides direction and oversight to Bistro team members. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. Assist in managing the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department and responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager and in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/banquet goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts as well as servicing clients/groups where applicable. The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week). The Cashier is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.
