The Senior Merchant Processing Manager is responsible for Aimbridge’s portfolio of domestic hotels’ credit card processing operations including onboarding of new properties merchant ID management EMV implementations property servicing issues chargeback and interchange qualification management internal and external communications reporting and relationship management with credit card processors and gateway providers.  The position is also responsible for support to internal departments such as hotel properties hotel finance hotel operations senior management and accounting managers. This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Banquet managers are in charge of hiring training coaching disciplining and reviewing banquet staff. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
