Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager with the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. Depending on the hotel may be stationed in the base office for security of the Associate entrance and for conducting temperature checks during COVID procedures (as required).

  A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.  

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Cashier is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

In partnership with the General Manager the Director Operations manages the overall operation of the hotel through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Examines analyzes and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies by performing the following duties. The majority of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. A portion of time will be assisting the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Executive Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef with the efficient operation of food production areas. In conjunction with The Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific). As a member of the property Human Resources support staff he/she directs and works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment total compensation training and development. Additionally he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal state and local regulations and Aimbridge Hospitality operating procedures.Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. The Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager assists with assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
