Guest Services Lead serves as a primary contact for questions and/or more complex projects or concerns pertaining to Guest Services both for guests and Associates. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area.  He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

$15.00/HR +Tips (Full Time and Part Time Available)  Shifts (Mon-Fri 6AM-1PM/Sat-Sun 6AM-11AM) The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as Company and brand standards.   The General Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects. They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled. $16 per hour.  Weekend availability needed. The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Other duties may be assigned as required by the business and/or training for career advancement. Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising back of the house operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. This individual may assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates.
