The Area Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the assigned collection of hotels. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for two or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. The Tax Audit Analyst will assist the Tax Audit Manager in tracking and processing tax audits related to sales use occupancy and excise taxes as administered by multiple jurisdictions. The Analyst will request and assemble documents to present to the auditor in an organized and traceable manner. The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
