The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific). The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). The Licensed Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

  - Full Time - $23hr  - Anticipated Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday - 4 over nights - 11pm-7am   The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Cashier is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

    - $18/HR - Entry Level - Must have valid drivers license - Anticipated shifts - open availabiltiy required incluidng weekends - Shifts will be an 8 hour shift between 11am-11pm   The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering.
