$90 - $120k The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee and manage all aspects of Sea Palms Resort Food & Beverage Operations, assuring the highest quality of standards. The Director of Food & Beverage is expected to be the leader of the F&B team, with a strong visible presence and a primary focus on training and developing supervisors and shift leaders. The Director will assist in designing and executing not only a high-class service program, but excellent social events and experiences. The Director will be spending much of their time interacting with Sea Palms Resort members and guests around the property, making recommendations, professional and personal connections. This is a leadership position within Sea Palms Resort that will be one of the key faces of Club & Resort Leadership to members, guests and associates at Sea Palms Resort.       The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets (Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquets) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required. Responsibilities might include (as dictated by hotel vertical): deep cleaning of assigned areas setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
