The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the accounts receivable and payroll functions at the resort as applicable; ensuring invoices are received and/or processed on a timely basis responsible for handling all the hotel deposits in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality Standards; administer the payroll processing. In addition The Accounting Clerk also assists the Property Accountant with the administration of the Accounting area including Payroll.

  A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for the property. The focus for this particular position will be a combination of SMERF Group and Corportate Group. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. The Nail Technician performs professional nail hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current State license.

The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly enthusiastic professional and timely manner.

ON-CALL Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions.

Works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

The Market Barista Attendant is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.
