The House Attendant-Turn Down provides turndown service for guest rooms. Cleans and refreshes guest rooms as needed. Performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.

The Spa Massage Therapy Lead is an active member of the leadership group and primarily assists with management in training motivating and coaching other Associates; serves as a role model. This role also performs maintenance of treatment and attends to various guest areas as needed. This position has a responsibility to coach and lead the Massage team and to guide the team when needed. 

Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

Información disponible en español a continuación. The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner. The F&B Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all food beverage and non-food deliveries are received inspected and coincide with an approved purchase order; log all incoming/outgoing guest packages; maintaining an effective filing system for purchase orders and delivery status; conduct inventories on all storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies for the hotel in the absence of purchaser; and promptly review and fill all department requisitions.

Clears cleans and sets tables in a restaurant setting.

Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini-bar. Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking accurate inventory of all in room mini bars. Responsible for organizing the stock room and inventories products for replenishment

Performs skilled painting jobs on furniture buildings and other areas within and/or around the hotel property.

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager with the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
