The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.

The Sous Chef-Banquets is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes for Banquets Outlets and Employee Cafeteria (as applicable) while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. The Group Reservations Coordinator works closely with Sales & Marketing Accounting Conference Services and Group Meeting Planners to ensure excellent customer service and the highest level of accuracy in bookings is always provided.

The Reservations Supervisor oversees a team of agents and helps to ensure reservations are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and quotes of available rates are made to maximize room revenue and average rate according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. This position may also perform similar functions of the Reservation Agents they help support. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting. 

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is looking for a Director of Rooms to join the team. Responsible for the overall planning organizing and coordinating of the Rooms Division consisting of Front Office Concierge Guest Recognition PBX Housekeeping Valet laundry Valet parking and to provide leadership and direction whilst maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest satisfaction levels to the standard of the hotel and of the company at all times.
