The Controller is responsible for all activities related to budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and account reconciliation for operating and balance sheet accounts. This role directly oversees all accounting activities related to income auditing, cashiering, accounts payable, accunts receivable, collection, tax compliance, payroll, and month-end processing. This position is a high-profile Executive Committee position. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

The Convention Services/Catering Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services/Catering Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage sales goals for one or more assigned properties. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Performs work associated with the upkeep and appearance of outdoor environments including grounds and landscaping.   El trabajo del cuidador implica dar mantenimiento a los jardines accesos vehiculares y otros elementos de paisajismo del lugar. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Información disponible en español a continuación.   The Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.   El asistente de cocinero es la persona responsable de apoyar en la preparación de todos los alimentos para el restaurante / comedor cafetería servicio a cuarto cafetería para empleados y banquetes. A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility.

Información disponible en español a continuación.   A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.   Recamarera tiene la responsabilidad de mantener limpias ordenadas y atractivas las habitaciones de los clientes pasillos áreas públicas del hotel limpiando los cuartos de acuerdo a los procedimientos del hotel llenar los carros con material reemplazando la línea y reabastecer el cuarto de amenidades siguiendo las normas de la empresa y los procedimientos de seguridad. En algunos casos esta función también sería responsable de realizar actividades de 'limpieza profunda' dentro de la habitación de invitados junto con tareas de mantenimiento preventivo.
