Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.
The Pool Attendant maintains cleanliness and order around the pool area. Provides prompt and courteous service to guests.
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.
The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly enthusiastic professional and timely manner.

He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Bar/Lounge Starbucks (or other comparable outlet) quick-serve outlet pool bar and/or any other applicable outlet and Banquet sales (as applicable by hotel) revenues to exceed budget.
