The Director of Human Resources is responsible for staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage benefit worker's compensation unemployment; training program direction implementation and administration; and employee relations coaching counseling and discipline. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality Food and Beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week).

The Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Restaurant Director is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in the F&B Outlets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving the Outlets sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Restaurant Director is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Outlets to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

  The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets (Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquets) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
