The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

As a Barista you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepares and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment.

The Director of Finance is responsible for all activities related to budgeting forecasting profit and loss reporting and account reconciliation for operating and balance sheet accounts for our hotel location. This role directly oversees all accounting activities related to income auditing cashiering accounts payable processing accounts receivable collection tax compliance payroll and month end processing. This position is a high-profile Executive Committee position. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.
The objective of the Valet Attendant is to ensure the safety of all guest vehicles at all times to provide/perform superior guest service (internal and external) and to ensure the efficient delivery of guest vehicles. Attendants will also ensure and be accountable for all Dispatch/computer related key entry proper handling of guest keys and to accurately detail all information relating to the number of guest vehicles in valet. Lastly to help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of guests entering and exiting valet.
In partnership with the General Manager the Director Operations manages the overall operation of the hotel through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Examines analyzes and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies by performing the following duties. The majority of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. A portion of time will be assisting the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
