The Lead Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. Directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by Property Engineer and/or General Manager. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and overseeing the successful completion of maintenance and daily assigned tasks. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. As a highly visible member of the property’s Leadership Team the Hotel Manager functions as a right hand to the General Manager while serving as a key liaison for hotel guests. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. The Licensed Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current State license.

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.

The Greeter/Cashier is responsible for the reception area which includes greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information and guest concerns.

This role will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Hotel leadership to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage catering sales goals for one or more assigned properties.
