Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has Hilton experience and is a GSS mastermind. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned GM looking to break into the nation's largest third-party management company.   The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as Company and brand standards.   The General Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects. They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled. They will serve as the linchpin for communications with guests and clients associates ownership corporate representatives brand representatives and key vendors.  Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.   Compensation range starts at $55,000 (BOE) + quarterly incentive plan of up to 50% of salary!

Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week). Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
