The Catering Manager / Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for proactively prospecting, facilitating, and closing group and catering business opportunities as well as event execution for their assigned hotel(s). The Catering Manager / Executive Meeting Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Catering and Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals. The focus may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social, Corporate, SMERF, Association). Management- level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Engineer Apprentice provides mechanical skilled trade support as assigned the Chief Engineer on property.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week). Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

Guest Services Lead serves as a primary contact for questions and/or more complex projects or concerns pertaining to Guest Services both for guests and Associates. This role will assist with training in new Guest Services Agents and will also serve in a Guest Services Agent capacity themselves responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: focused training of front desk Associates registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Other duties may be assigned as required by the business and/or training for career advancement. Van Drivers must have strong analytical and navigation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances. Drive the van according to scheduled van runs and/or as needed for guests and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel.

Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions for multiple hotels. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.

This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

The Sous Chef-Banquets is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes for Banquets Outlets and Employee Cafeteria (as applicable) while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Banquet Chef in ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
