The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Event Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Event Marketing leadership and members of the Events team to support the development and production of events as well as rental events and commercial filming projects (hotel specific). Oversees various projects or accounts. Works with internal or external clients and others to identify project teams assign individual responsibilities identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules to ensure meeting deadlines of projects and timely completion of projects. Must be familiar with project scope and objectives as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates results and status of the project frequently. Ensures adherence to project management processes and documentation standards.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
