The role of the Director Revenue-Hotel is to provide direction to property teams to identify develop and implement all potential revenue opportunities for 1 full service premium select and/or independent branded hotel. The Nail Technician performs professional nail hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current State license.

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.

The Greeter/Cashier is responsible for the reception area which includes greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information and guest concerns.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
