This incumbent in partnership with the Banquets Manager is in charge of hiring training coaching disciplining and reviewing banquet staff. Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/banquet goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts as well as servicing clients/groups where applicable. The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Salary starting at $55,000 OEM (based on experience) The ideal candidate will primarily cover mid-shift including weekends. Flexibility is required based on business needs.   The Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM oversees a team of agents with an emphasis on managing reservations, supporting the resort’s VIP andguest recovery programs, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through enthusiastic and sincere service. This individual is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy through various initiatives and partnership with Revenue Management. Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week).

Salary starting at $55,000 (based on experience)   The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Bar/Lounge Starbucks (or other comparable outlet) quick-serve outlet pool bar and/or any other applicable outlet and Banquet sales (as applicable by hotel) revenues to exceed budget. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Convention Service Coordinator assists the Director of Sales & Marketing Convention Services Managers and Sales Managers in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions.

Responsibilities might include (as dictated by the hotel vertical): deep cleaning of assigned areas setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). This role primarily works in the evenings overnight hours.

The Laundry Presser performs all ironing folding storing and delivering. Cleans laundry machinery and laundry area as required.

Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
